Concrete, Sidewalks & Stoops

Concrete driveways, sidewalks, curbs, patios, stoops, steps and slab work for homes and properties throughout NYC and Long Island.

What we handle

A complete scope, built around the conditions.

Good concrete work starts below the finished surface. Excavation, base preparation, compaction, reinforcement, forming, slope and curing all affect how the finished work performs.

Driveways & slabsNew concrete placement with base, reinforcement and finish defined in the proposal.
Sidewalks & walkwaysReplacement and new installations graded for practical drainage and transitions.
Stoops & stepsConcrete or masonry-supported entries built or reconstructed to suit the property.
Curbs & apronsDefined edge work and driveway transitions within the approved scope.
Patios & padsDurable outdoor surfaces for residential use and service areas.
Concrete repairsSelective repairs where the existing structure and conditions support that approach.

Preparation you can see in the proposal

Our concrete scopes identify thickness, concrete strength, base material and reinforcement when those specifications are known. Demolition, disposal and equipment requirements are separated clearly so the price is understandable.

Drainage and adjacent finishes

Concrete must meet surrounding grades, thresholds, walks and landscape edges. We review those transitions and note pavers, borders, railings or other adjacent work separately.

Questions

Before you request pricing.

Important answers for planning this type of work.

How thick should a concrete driveway be?

Thickness and reinforcement depend on the intended loads, substrate and project requirements. Your proposal will state the specified assembly rather than relying on a generic one-size detail.

Do you remove the old concrete and debris?

Demolition and disposal can be included. The written proposal identifies exactly what is being removed, what equipment is planned and whether a container is included.

When can new concrete be used?

Curing time depends on the mix, weather and intended use. We provide project-specific guidance after placement and recommend keeping heavy traffic off until the concrete has developed adequate strength.
