Access is part of the estimate
Equipment duration, building height, sidewalk conditions, setbacks and repair limits all affect access cost. We identify the assumed access method and duration instead of burying it inside an unrelated unit rate.

Where drawings, engineering, filing or permits are required, responsibilities and fees must be listed in the contract. They are not assumed unless specifically included.
