Interior Renovations & Build-Outs

Framing, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, doors, trim and coordinated interior renovations for New York homes and commercial spaces.

What we handle

A complete scope, built around the conditions.

Interior work succeeds when every trade is sequenced around one clear plan. We coordinate framing, rough-ins, drywall, finishes and final details so the space comes together as one project.

Framing & partitionsNew walls, room layouts, closets, soffits and related carpentry.
Drywall & finishingSheetrock installation, compound, sanding, priming and paint-ready surfaces.
Doors, trim & moldingInterior and closet doors, casings, base molding and finish carpentry.
Flooring & tileRemoval, preparation and installation within the selected finish scope.
Lighting & electricalNew lighting, switches and outlets coordinated with qualified trades as required.
Painting & finish workWalls, ceilings and trim completed to the proposal’s specified finish level.

One scope across connected rooms

A renovation often crosses walls, ceilings, floors, doors and mechanical systems. We map those interfaces early so finish work is not undone by a late rough-in or missing opening.

Residential and commercial interiors

Our team handles home renovations, basement interiors and practical commercial build-outs. Each estimate is based on the actual layout, access, existing conditions and finish selections.

Questions

Before you request pricing.

Important answers for planning this type of work.

Can you renovate an occupied property?

Often, yes. We discuss access, protection, work zones, dust control and sequencing before work begins so expectations are clear.

Do you supply finish materials?

The proposal identifies contractor-supplied materials, owner selections and any items furnished by the client. Final pricing depends on the selected doors, tile, fixtures, hardware and finishes.

Can you coordinate electrical and plumbing work?

Yes, where included in the project scope. Required licensed trades, inspections and permit responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
