Before recommending a system, we review the visible substrate, drainage direction, penetrations, perimeter metal and access. The written proposal identifies what is included and any conditions that must be opened or tested before a firm repair can be confirmed.
Clear system coordination
Where a manufacturer warranty is specified, product compatibility, attachment requirements, inspections and closeout documentation must be coordinated from the start. Warranty availability and fees are confirmed in the project proposal.
